The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Shaba Hair & Cosmetics web site, please scroll through this screen, read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

Pricing & Availability

All product prices are in € sterling at the current Belgium rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a marked Belgium recommended retail price (BE EURO) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the BE market, or prices that retailers within the BE market are currently offering the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).


We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine, but to find the best prices for our customers we may occasionally sell stock originally intended for sale in other countries around the world, this means that trade names of products and packaging of products may differ from those on sale in the BE. These details will be identified clearly against the product description.

Products Details

Some products may have an associated image or photo, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. This is to give the idea to the customer about the product’s colour or how it looks like. In the case of unboxed items or testers the price of the equivalent regular goods may be shown for reference only. We do not supply any testers free of charge. Testers are the regular products quite often in a bottle / packaging marked as a tester. Some items may also be marked not for individual sale. By submitting you order to Shaba Hair & Cosmetics, you are confirming that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be a problem with ordering that product. We make every effort try to ensure all products marked as such are identified on the system.

Customer Orders


We are serving customers all over the world. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date, however, you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. Simply fill in an alternative delivery address when you place your order.

Shaba Hair & Cosmetics will not be responsible for items misplaced, damaged or lost by the fault of the delivery carrier.

Undelivered parcels

Delivery carriers may deem your parcels undelivered for a number of reasons including:

Incorrect Address: if you address is incorrect, the carrier will not be able to deliver the parcel. Please check your delivery address carefully and make sure it is correct when placing your order as Shaba Hair & Cosmetics will not accept responsibility for incorrect, incomplete or insufficient delivery address details.

Failed delivery attempt: our carriers will usually attempt to deliver your parcel more than once and may try to contact you on the details provided, including by telephone. if the delivery is unsuccessful, it will be returned to us.

If the parcel is returned to us, we will process a refund, excluding the cost of delivery. If you would like the parcel to be redelivered, you will need to pay for postage again.

No sold product will be returned to get refund, it can be exchange with other product only even if in the same condition as its dispatched.

Next day delivery

Next day delivery will not be processed on Friday, Saturdays, Sundays and any public holidays.

Next day delivery will be processed the same day as long as it meets the following criteria:

* Delivery postal address is in the Belgium.

* Order is placed before 9am

* All items are in stock

* Your payment has been accepted and cleared by our payment processing service provider.

Shaba Hair & Cosmetics will send items out for next day delivery but cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by the carrier.

Important Information

Shaba Hair & Cosmetics will not be responsible for the delivery’s sent by Non-Trackable Carrier. It’s totally on the customer’s interest how they want their parcel to be received & pay accordingly at the time of selecting carrier in shipping charges option to minimize the risk.

Any damage goods must be reported within 3 days of receiving the products or else, Shaba Hair & Cosmetics would not be liable for the products.

Order Payment

Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, PayPal. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Shaba Hair & Cosmetics.

Returns & Order Cancellation

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on +32 465 876709 or 00 32 25130628 within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty. In such cases any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.

Cancellation of Orders

Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas or other public holidays, orders are normally dispatched to you same day of receipt by us.

If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must call us ASAP on +32 465 876709 or 00 32 25130628 If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply:

When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel.

The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Shaba Hair & Cosmetics. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us and we will deduct the shipping charge also.

Any wigs or ponytails ordered will not be exchanged or refunded for health and safety reason.

You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned.

You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods.

There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods.

Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return.

Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

No refund or exchange will be done if you do not return the product even if you have quality issue.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights It is always helpful to know why you have changed your mind and cancelled an order.

Order Confirmation

You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Shaba Hair & Cosmetics. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale

Data Privacy

We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all.

The privacy of your personal information is very important to us.

From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of New arrivals or promotions from Shaba Hair & Cosmetics. In all e-mails you will be given the option to be removed from our mailing list, which will mean removal of your details from our mailing list. You will not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing list at a later date.

If you have saved your login details, you may also opt out or in from future mailings by changing your mailing list options.

Shaba Hair & Cosmetics will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK governing law.

As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Sales on this web site are governed by BE law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the BE courts.

All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
